Jamal Tabasinejad is a visual artist with more than 40 years of experience in painting. He has worked with oils, acrylic, pastels, watercolours, charcoal, ink, and other media on canvas or wood, as well as creating mixed media paintings, working with materials such as clay, paper, stone, wood, or metal.

He is the first researching painter of the Iran desert [texture], holder of Honorary Ph.D. in Visual Arts from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and the author of the research painting book “Three Millennium of Art and Architecture in Iran”. He has had many solo and group exhibitions internationally.

He has also many years of experience as a teacher, teaching students the techniques and methods of drawing, painting, sculpting, and other forms of artistic expression. He is also an expert in the renovation of ancient paintings and artworks.
